With eight outlets already in Ho Chi Minh City in 2010, and many more planned for 2011, it now seeks to expand its Franchise operations to other major population centres of Vietnam and SE Asia by way of appointing new Regional Master Franchises.
Vietnamese Franchise laws, dictate it would take a new player in the Vietnamese Franchise market 3-4 years to attain a Franchise license. As a Regional Master Franchisor of Bobby Brewers Coffee you are licensed to start business as a Franchisor in Vietnam from the moment your company signs our Regional Master Franchise Agreement.
In Vietnam Bobby Brewers Coffee seeks to appoint Regional Master Franchisors in Hanoi and all other major population centres. Regional Master Franchises are for 20 years and range in price from US$50,000 for the Master Franchise of Hanoi to US$10,000 for Dalat.
Incomes streams for Regional Master Franchisors include:-
- Single Location Franchise Fees
- Royalty Fees
- Product Distribution
Bobby Brewers will train and support all regional Master Franchisors.

Many International Investors are keen to invest in the exciting Retail Sector of the Vietnamese market place, but do not want the hassles associated with direct participation.
Bobby Brewers’ unique Nominee Franchise allows international investors to hold joint title over one of four types of Bobby Brewers Coffee locations, in partnership with the Franchisor
- Shopping Center Kiosk
Investment $20,000
- Small Shop (less than 120 square meters) Investment $50,000
- Medium Shop (120 – 200 square meters) Investment $75,000
- Large Shop (more than 200 square meters) Investment $100,000
The Franchisor will be responsible for, all licenses, taxation, daily operations & upkeep of the location.
The Nominee Franchisee holds 50% title over the Franchise for 5 years, receiving a guaranteed 15% per annum (paid quarterly). At the end of the 5 year franchise, the title will vest back to the Franchisor for a onetime payment of, the Nominee Franchisee’s original investment + 10%.
The Nominee Franchisee can elect to extend their investment in any location for another 5 years at the end of the original term.
